With a Garmin GPS device, you can stay in touch with those closest to you when mobile networks are down or non available.

 

The paid plan allows you to send an unlimited number of preset messages with your location, a SOS function, weather forecast and send text messages according to the plan, even when the mobile networks are not working. Without an additional subscription, you can plan routes and use navigation.

 

The GPSMAP 66i provides security for longer hikes when mobile phone connections are down and you can send help or text your loved ones via satellite connection.

 

You will be instructed on how to use the device at the time of rental and will be asked for preliminary information before rental. Garmin inReach MINI 2 devices with inReach are also available.
